Privacy policy
Short version: we collect only what you type into the request form, use it to reply to you, and delete it when you ask.
What we collect
When you send the form, we receive your name, the contact you gave us (phone, Telegram or WhatsApp), your message if you wrote one, and the address of the page you sent it from. We do not ask for passport data, bank statements or other documents through this site.
Why and where it goes
We use these details for one purpose: to answer your request about a Thai education visa. The form sends them through our server function to a private Telegram chat of the team that handles requests. We do not sell or rent them, and we do not add you to mailing lists.
Analytics and cookies
If visit statistics are switched on for this site, they run through Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics, which use cookies. Visitors whose device is set to a European time zone see a consent banner first, and the counters stay off until they accept. You can also block cookies in your browser settings.
How long we keep it
We keep a request as long as we are working on it or you are our client. After that, or earlier if you ask, we delete it.
Your choices
